Its funny how I easily manage to wake up in the wee hours of morning when it is a Sunday or a Public Holiday but when it is a weekday I find getting out of bed to be a cumbersome task.
Ditto with the afternoons - At my workplace, after a light lunch... I find it hard to stay awake and wish there was a bed in office but at home during a holiday... after a heavy lunch, I simply can't sleep.
It all boils down to what you look forward to... I look forward to maximise the one day in a week I get and the sleep is gone... what I do not look forward to is another dreary day at the workplace and the sleep comes from nowhere.
